WOLVERINE — BPC-157 + TB-500
Combined vial: BPC-157 5 mg / TB-500 5 mg
A combination of two peptides whose individual evidence is preclinical. Combining them does not improve that evidence.
Back to technical sheets- Class
- Combined vial: BPC-157 5 mg / TB-500 5 mg
- Also known as
- Research use only; not approved for human use
Mechanism of action
It brings together the proposed mechanisms of its two components: BPC-157 is associated with modulation of angiogenesis and fibroblast migration; TB-500, a thymosin β4 fragment, with actin regulation and cell migration. See each individual sheet for detail.
Evidence
Preclinical. Neither peptide has robust human clinical trials, and the combination has not been studied as such: there are no data on whether they interact, reinforce or hinder each other. A combined vial adds one more unknown, not an answer.
Studied uses
- Research on soft-tissue repair (preclinical models)
Safety considerations
- The ratio is stated on the label; cross-check it against the batch certificate
- The combination has not been studied as such in humans
- Human safety not established for either of them
- Not approved for human use in any indication
