Mechanism of action
Dual agonist of the GIP and GLP-1 receptors. Combined activation of both incretin pathways improves glycemic control and satiety, with additive effects on weight loss compared with GLP-1 agonism alone.

Solid clinical evidence: regulatory approval and trial programs (SURPASS in diabetes, SURMOUNT in obesity).
